Dr Lucasta Miller

Dr Lucasta Miller is a critic and biographer, best known for her book The Brontë Myth. In 2019, L.E.L.: The Lost Life and Mysterious Death was shortlisted in the U.S. for the National Book Critics’ Circle Award. Keats: A Brief Life in Nine Poems and One Epitaph was published earlier this year (‘Outstanding’, Sunday Times). She reviews for the FT and Spectator among others, and was a profile writer and cultural commentator for the Guardian. At Oxford, she has been a visiting fellow at Lady Margaret Hall and a visiting scholar at Wolfson College.
