Hallie Rubenhold is a bestselling author, social historian, broadcaster and historical consultant for TV and film. Her most recent book, The Five won the 2019 Baillie Gifford Prize, was named Hay Festival Book of the Year and was shortlisted for the Wolfson History Prize. Her other non-fiction, The Covent Garden Ladies (Harlots) and Lady Worsley’s Whim (The Scandalous Lady W) have both been adapted for the BBC.
