Andrea Marcolongo

Andrea Marcolongo is writer and a literary critic, graduated in Philology at the University of Milan. She is the author of The ingenious language. 9 epic reasons to love Greek (2019), a bestseller translated in 28 countries. Among her other publications, The heroic measure (Mondadori 2018), dedicated to the myth of the Argonauts, At the source of words (Mondadori 2020) and Starting from the Scratch. The life-changing lesson of Enea (2022). She currently lives in Paris where she is published by Gallimard. She is the vice-president of the Writers of French Navy with title of fregate captain.
